WASHINGTON (February 13, 2025) – PGAM is a nationwide grassroots campaign, held annually in March, that seeks to increase public awareness of problem gambling and promote prevention, treatment, and recovery services. The 2025 PGAM theme, “Seeking Understanding,” focuses on increasing awareness of problem gambling as a serious but often misunderstood mental health condition.
To facilitate your PGAM promotion efforts, NCPG has compiled a toolkit with key resources: problem gambling FAQs, best practices for social media, a press release template and more.

Tailored to make participation in Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM) easy and extend the impact of the grassroots movement, this toolkit is intended as a guide to help promote PGAM in your community.
