Beloved summer concert series returns for 2024 season with BCLC’s Midsummer Music Jam headliner announcement coming soon!
KAMLOOPS, British Columbia (June 24, 2024) – Dust off your lawn chairs and shake out your picnic blankets: BCLC and the City of Kamloops are proud to present the 30th season of Music in the Park. Kamloops’ longest-running music festival is once again taking place all summer long at the Rotary Bandshell in Riverside Park from July 1-August 31, 2024.
Launched in 1994 as a legacy of the 1993 Canada Summer Games, Music in the Park provides the community with free, nightly performances by talented artists from the Kamloops region and across the country. This year’s season kicks off next week with performances by Kings of Nashville, Buck Wild and Bad Moon Riders.

Food trucks will also be at Riverside Park each night of the festival from 7:00-8:30 p.m., serving a variety of delicious local eats. The 2024 Music in the Park nightly entertainment and food truck schedule is available on the City of Kamloops website. All concerts are weather and air quality permitting and are subject to change without notice.

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations for the Kamloops Food Bank on July 1 and July 24 to give back to those in the community who are in need.
