CLEVELAND, Ohio (November 5, 2024) – On Monday, The Cash Explosion Show team delivered 2,918 pounds of non-perishable food to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
The food was collected through the show’s Facing Hunger Campaign, that runs throughout the year.
Members of the show’s studio audience donated food from January to August.
"Cash Explosion continues our goal of helping Ohio families facing food insecurity, and we are proud to add an additional 2800 pounds of non-perishable food items to the 40 tons of donations raised and distributed through Ohio Foodbanks since 2011,” Cash Explosion Producer Barry Riley said.
The most recent donation consisted of 2,684 pounds of food which was delivered to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank in June.
